Author Talk with Tristan Bancks: Demystifying the Writing Process

Hello Story makers!

Ever wondered how a crime writer creates their story? When you’ve written a story, you might have noticed that your inspiration has probably come from something you saw, heard or read. Find out how it's done with award-winning Australian author Tristan Bancks!

Tristan will give you behind the scenes access to his writing process for his crime-mystery novels The Fall, Two Wolves and Detention. He will show you how he brings his stories to life using inspirations from pictures, video, music and maps. Did you know, one of Tristan's books is inspired by a crime scene he visited while on work experience with a TV news crew in high school?  Join Tristan for a talk  full of laughs and tips on using your own life to feed stories!
